Exprivia SpA (81%) and Cisco Italia Srl (19%) hold the capital of Italtel SpA. Exprivia is a company listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange [XPR.MI]. Cisco Italia is entirely controlled by Cisco Systems International BV, part of the Group Cisco Systems Inc.
Following the issuing, in December 2017, of new participating financial instruments (type C) for 66,803,260 Euro, the total participating financial instruments of Italtel (type A, B, C) signed are divided as follows:
